5 Week Keto/Low Carb Meal Plan & Progress

I’ve had a really hard time getting back on track this holiday season… so I’ve decided to embark on a 5 week Keto/ Low Carb Meal Plan. This will be a journey into creating new habits and new recipes. I’d like to share this 5 week journey with you to help keep me accountable and to encourage you to take the next step towards your own health goals.

I’ll share my daily menu plan, recipes and results, changes I’ve made, how I’m feeling, how it effects my sugar levels, and progress along the way. I’ll be taking my family along for the 5 Week journey, 🤞🏻, I promise I’ll be transparent about how that goes as well.
